Tivoli A/S (CPH:TIV), an amusement park and pleasure garden in Copenhagen, Denmark, announced on Thursday that it has reached an agreement with Danske Spil A/S on the online casino site, TivoliCasino.dk, where the operation will be transferred to Danske Spil.
This agreement consists of a payment for the assets related to TivoliCasino.dk, as well as an integrated part where Tivoli over the next 10 years will receive royalties from Danske Spil for the use of the brand TivoliCasino.dk.
