Touching moment Edinburgh football fans erupt into applause in tribute to Hearts super-fan

During today's Hearts V Livingston game at Tynecastle, fans erupted into applause for Aaron Coltart - who tragically lost his life on March 30. Those close to him say he "fell asleep and never woke up"

Aaron's sister Vicky and nephew, Theo, organised the tribute that would have meant "so much to him".

A clip from the match shows the whole crowd clapping, around 18,000 fans.

Vicky spoke to Edinburgh Live ahead of the game, telling us: "Our brother Aaron was a Hearts fan, who tragically lost his life almost two weeks ago, a couple weeks after his 30th birthday.

"I am hoping to get a clap at the 30th minute of Saturday's game v Livingston for him."
