US Gold Corp. (NASDAQ: USAU), a publicly traded United States focused gold exploration and development company, has signed an At-the-Market Offering Agreement with HC Wainwright & Co. LLC as sales manager.
According to the terms of the agreement, the firm will be entitled to sell, at its sole discretion and from time to time as it is likely to select, common shares in the capital of the company through Wainwright, with such sales having an aggregate gross sales value of up to USD1m.
