US Silica Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SLCA), a diversified industrial minerals company and a last-mile logistics provider to the oil and gas industry, has named Kevin Hough as its interim executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief accounting officer.
Hough is to replace Donald A. Merril, whose tenure was terminated without cause effective October 20, 2023.
Hough has worked as the firm's vice president and corporate controller since 2016, and previously as its corporate controller from 2011.
