Vaisala Oyj (HEL:VAIAS), a provider of environmental and industrial measurement solutions, reported on Monday that the conversion of its K shares into A shares was registered into the Trade Register on 27 May 2019.
The company said its board of directors had decided in its meeting on 24 April 2019, that 27,264 series K shares will be converted to series A shares.
As a result, Vaisala now has 36,436,728 shares, of which 6,751,398 are series K shares and 29,685,330 are series A shares.
