VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ: VOXX), a US-based company that manufactures and distributes automotive and consumer technologies for the global markets, has named AriShalam and Beat Kahli as co-vice chairmen of the VOXX board of directors.

Shalam has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate investment business in sourcing, financing, and acquiring, developing, and managing commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties. Presently, he holds the position of managing partner of RWN Real Estate Partners LLC. He has earlier served as president and CEO of Enterprise Asset Management, Inc.; senior partner and director of Acquisitions for Taconic Investment Partners; and director of Acquisitions for the Kaufman Organisation. He has earlier served in leadership positions within the VOXX Board, with his last position as VP for Strategic Planning.
