Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) has denied talk that it is planning to replace its CEO.

The firm said that CEO Tim Sloan has the full support of its board. There were rumours that the bank had tried to hire a former CFO of Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS), Harvey Schwartz, for the top job.
