Disputes in construction are nothing new, and nor will they ever
go away. ey are inevitable. ey occur for a multitude of reasons
that are not always obvious and cannot be foreseen. Disputes dier
in nature depending on contracts, region, culture and legal juris-
diction. Common causes of construction disputes include changes
in scope, contract interpretation issues, contract administration
failures, incomplete or incorrect design information and site access
