Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj (HEL:LAT1V) announced on Friday the appointment of Valtteri Palin as CFO and a member of the group executive board of Lassila & Tikanoja plc, effective 1 August 2019.
Currently, Palin is acting as finance director and group controller for Lassila & Tikanoja. Prior to that, he has served as finance director and group controller of SRV Group plc during 2008 to 2019.
Also, Juha Jaatinen, who has served as acting CFO, leaves the company as planned, effective 31 July 2019 onwards.
As of 1 August 2019, Lassila & Tikanoja's group executive board members are Eero Hautaniemi, president and CEO; Sirpa Huopalainen, Legal Affairs director; Jorma Mikkonen, director, Corporate Relations and Responsibility; Tuomas Makipeska, VP, Facility Services Finland; Palin, CFO; Petri Salermo, VP...
